Modern-style villa

A modern villa in Majorca with a surface area of 450 m2 and a huge living room of 184 m2.

We delivered the entire structure of the house, i.e. the prefabricated light steel structure and the welded beams and columns.

Large window openings up to 12 metres long

A lintel beam supporting a 15 cm thick stone wall.

Ceiling heights up to 4.5 metres

The roof on each side has a different width and angle of inclination, making the whole geometry of the structure irregular.
