We roll-form structural galvanised steels, Z275 or zinc-magnesium coating coated depending on exposure, from European steel supply chain mills.
Breaking the myth
Light steel is not weak steel.
A 1 to 3 mm cold-formed profile reaches grades from S280GD to S350GD: the forming work strain-hardens the metal and further raises its yield strength.
Galvanising sends zinc into battle: Z275 coating for standard environments, zinc-magnesium coating — up to ten times more corrosion resistant — in humid or saline atmospheres.
Every coil is certified and traceable: grade, coating and yield strength are taken up in our calculation notes.
