Design carried out with you, not in your place
StabiFrame gets involved upstream in projects, alongside the teams that design and deliver them. Our role is not to replace our partners’ expertise, but to complement their value chain where our specialisation adds the most: the design, optimisation and production of the steel frame.
This distinction is essential and matters to us. The architect designs the building and carries its intent. The engineering office substantiates the structure and assumes responsibility for it. The developer defines the programme, makes decisions and manages the operation. The modular manufacturer controls its system, processes and production rates.
We claim none of these professions. We bring our own expertise, and we bring it in early.
Technical collaboration
The value of technical collaboration depends largely on its timing. A frame optimised after a project has already been fixed delivers only a marginal benefit. The same frame studied during the design phase can influence grids, spans, thicknesses, the assembly sequence and the overall technical economics of the operation.
We therefore offer our partners an early dialogue: feasibility studies, preliminary sizing, comparison of construction options and integration of our models into their digital environment. This work supports their teams and engineering office, informing their decisions without ever replacing them.
Implementation
Designing and producing a frame does not, by itself, resolve how it will be implemented. This is a legitimate concern, particularly when our partners’ teams are discovering a construction system for the first time.
We address it in two ways.
StabiFrame has frame assemblers trained in our systems. They support our partners’ projects according to the needs and organisation chosen for the operation: full assembly, start-up assistance, on-site team training or support for a first project. This option exists to secure your objectives, not to impose a method of execution.
We can connect our partners with approved installation companies trained in our systems and familiar with our identification and assembly methods. This introduction is a service: contractual relationships are established directly between the parties, in line with the practices and responsibilities specific to each operation.
In both cases, the objective is the same: no project should be held back by a lack of available skills.
Our partners
We work exclusively with construction professionals: property developers, general contractors, modular construction manufacturers, architect-developers and groups operating nationally and internationally.
These organisations share one characteristic: they think in terms of objectives and commitments. Delivery times, technical performance, risk control and documentation requirements. We understand this working environment and fully embrace it—with the documentary rigour, production consistency and quality of dialogue it demands.
Our commitments
Every participant knows what they contribute, validate and commit to. This allocation is set out in writing from the start of the collaboration. It protects everyone and keeps projects moving smoothly.
Our partners have a consistent technical contact, from the first design discussion through delivery and assembly. Industrial projects suffer when continuity is broken; we prevent that.
Every operation completed together deepens our knowledge of our partners’ systems, constraints and methods. The second collaboration is always more efficient than the first, and that is exactly what we seek.
