Our approach
Finished wall or secondary framing, without foundation reinforcement.
We do not install, but we deliver complete façade panels: secondary framing, insulation, breather membrane and openings, with a piece-by-piece fixing plan.
The low weight of light-gauge steel avoids foundation reinforcement. It is the fastest solution for renovating an envelope or adding a floor to an existing building.
Every panel is calculated for wind, suction forces and permanent envelope loads. The assembly drawing shows the lifting order and fixing points.
